Our leaders have been praying about Outreach. As we prayed we felt God leading us to focus on EQUIPPING and MOTIVATING our church people to have a spiritual influence on the PEOPLE in their CIRCLES OF RELATIONSHIPS.
One way to do this is to memorize scripture together during our Sunday Morning Worship. Here are the verses we have memorized during 2010:
Matthew 5:14 & 16
"You are the light of the world.(A
city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it
under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone

1 Peter 3:15
But
in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer
to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.

Mark 5:19
